Kate graduated from the University of Tasmania with a combined Commerce/Law degree in 2002 and then graduated from the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course in 2003.

Prior to opening ZZIM Conveyancing, Kate was a Senior Associate in the largest law firm in Launceston and specialised in property and commercial law and conveyancing transactions.

Due to her 14 years experience practising as a Commercial and Property Lawyer, Kate has extensive knowledge of contracts and the conveyancing process.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys playing sport, being involved with netball and spending time with her young family and friends.

She is passionate about assisting her clients achieve a smooth and hassle free transaction and is looking forward to being able to assist you.

With over 25 years’ experience, there is no question, problem or issue that Natalie has not seen or dealt with.

As an extremely competent, efficient and experienced Conveyancer, it would come as no surprise that over the years Nat has managed the huge Conveyancing practices of Launceston’s senior Lawyers, often managing hundreds of files at once.

Prior to opening ZZIM, Natalie was employed for 15 years as the Conveyancing Clerk of one of Launceston’s most senior Commercial and Property Lawyers and most recently at Launceston’s largest Law firm.

She prides herself on being approachable, efficient and having incredible time management.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time at the gym, playing netball and running her children around to their sporting and other commitments.

Jo is one of the most experienced legal secretaries Launceston has to offer. She had many years’ experience as a senior legal secretary before joining our team not long after we opened our doors.

Jo’s knowledge and understanding of property transfers, dealings, legislative requirements and the day-to-day conveyancing process is obviously an extremely valued skill of hers and someone that we rely on daily to undertake the more complex documents when they arise.

Outside of work Jo enjoys watching her sons play bowls and socialising.

Beth is one of the most experienced employees in our office. After coming from a Launceston law firm with over 20 years’ experience in Conveyancing, you can imagine the experience, knowledge and impact she has brought to our office

Beth is in charge of our conditional files and she will be the one that discusses the satisfaction or otherwise of your conditions with you when they come due.

Beth’s knowledge also means she is an extremely valuable asset to our office as a whole and offers her assistance in training staff and helping in progressing all conveyancing matters within our firm.

In Beth’s spare time she loves spending time with her adult children and her husband.

Hollie is one of our valued conveyancing assistants who assists in assuring your file progresses and is on its way to settlement.

You’ll often hear her happy and welcoming voice answering the phone assisting you in any queries or concerns you may have.

Nothing is a hassle for Hollie and she is a brilliant master of many skills and tasks.

In addition to reception and administrative tasks, Hollie assists with the progress of conveyancing files and we rely on her to ensure the office is always running smoothly.

Outside of work, Hollie loves travelling with her young family and husband in their caravan, is a dedicated member of her gym and wouldn’t miss a catch up with her friends for the world.

Melinda is a conveyancing assistant within our team and is one of the first smiling faces you will see on reception.

With many years of reception experience in one of Launceston’s major law firms, Melinda assists in the processing of new contracts assisting Kim, our receptionist.

Melinda is an extremely valued member of our team with a beaming smile and the patience of a Saint and is more than willing to help anyone with anything.

Outside of work, Melinda loves interior decorating, gardening and exploring our State of Tasmania.
